Neat Stamp Set

I waited and waited to get this SU "You're Neat" set. I think the images are so sweet. I think I learn from each project and what I learned on this one was that patterned paper is not necessarily compatible just because it came from the same line and company. I love this new paper from BasicGrey (Two Scoops), but just wasn't happy with the overall outcome. The layout is from the SU catty. I used Sage Shadow ink and paper which I NEVER use!
Today was "one of those days" at work so I'm taking the night off to stamp. So there! Maybe I'll have something to upload tomorrow. How bout those new releases at Papertrey! ?

Your card is so cute. Yes, I agree that there is a lot of learning going on while making cards. Often I'm surprised the paper doesn't match like I thought it would--just like you.

Your card is cute. But sometimes we're the hardest on ourselves!!

I made a card this weekend with two scoops as well; I like the colors but they're hard to match. I ended up just staying with two scoops paper.

And like many crafters, I understand **stamping therapy** :)
