This is called "State Fair Bedding" I would love it in my DD's room! I took note of way too many elements and tried to recreate them. I'm a work in progress, so hopefully I can keep it simpler next time. I used SU's Beautiful Blooms, my Cuttlebug (to mimic the rug) and my square punch to make a frame for the flowers. Note to self: Next time, punch out white squares to create a faux frame. Sometimes, I just gotta do things the hard way!

I know what you mean about trying to use all of your ideas on one card. I feel your pain girl- I like it though and love to hear all of your reasons for putting each element on the card!
